How can I update or cancel my booking? Once you sign in, you may cancel online or alternatively email us your request. Our reservations team will swiftly get back to you. Please note that a penalty fee might apply depending on the cancellation policy. How do I check the Status of my booking? We will always notify you by email when the status is changed, like requesting a payment or asking you to print your voucher. I have lost my voucher, what do I do?
