+ The proximity to snow and the slopes The staff were very very helpful and accomodating The property was clean and warm It was a good environment for children The shop downstairs provided much ease when hiring equipment

- There were no knives for cutting things, or big mugs There wasn't a full double or queen bed for my husband and myself (it was 2 singles pushed together)

+ Staff were nice and helpful. Proximity to the slopes and ski rental was attached to the building.

- That the walk to the slope's is actually 500m uphill along a main road which isn't explained and with children in ski boots it actually doesn't feel safe - or it's a 10USD taxi ride for about a 2 min car trip! Also absolutely no internet access which in this day and age is quite inconvenient.

+ Ayman and the staff were all lovely. The fire place was really cosy.

- The bathroom. The shower was over the toilet so everything got wet every time you had a shower. There was no hairdryer either.
